Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery for physical products. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final once downloaded.
Physical Products
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error

Digital Products
All digital products (including downloadable learning materials) are non-refundable once downloaded.
Reason:
Once a digital product has been downloaded, the customer retains access to the file, making a true return impossible.
Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchasing digital items.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
